HOW WE TREAT YOUR PATIENTS


We focus entirely on the success of our clinics and patient care. We do not have manufacturing operations, big-box retailer customers and third-party referral networks that put pressure on clinics.

We have the unique ability to purchase hearing aids, products, and other supporting services at competitive pricing from all manufacturers. This allows us to ensure patient care and respect for our clinic staff will always remain our priority. Patient care is not second fiddle to any vendor operations, sales blitzes, or other manufacturer-led pressure.

HOW WE TREAT YOUR STAFF


We hope to retain a clinic’s current staff after the acquisition process is complete. Also, we do not seek to lower compensation for staff nor do we have nationwide pay grades to conform to. Our strategy is to maintain the identity, know-how and goodwill built by our practices in their local communities. Maintaining the current staff and morale is critical to achieving that goal.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR PRACTICE


Because we invest heavily in centralized administrative, financial, and call center operations, we are able to free clinic owners from those burdens, so they are able to focus on patient care. We have standardized accounting and ERP systems which enable us to understand the challenges and opportunities at each clinic and provide support in a timely manner when that makes sense.

Key to our operating strategy is to leverage best practices. For example, if we see successful marketing or pricing strategies in one area, we will likely want to test them out in others.

Finally, with Alpaca Group Holdings, you will have partners. We encourage and facilitate ongoing discussions company-wide and between individual clinic managers, hearing professionals and patient care coordinators. The objectives are to provide solutions to everyday problems and to leverage the varied experiences of our professionals. The audiology industry is undergoing significant changes. We intend to provide helpful resources and support.
